MONTGOMERY, AL (WSFA) - Montgomery police say they've filed a total of 30 assault charges and arrested an additional person in connection with the September 24 shooting at Oak Park.
Police say the fifth suspect is 20-year-old Quintell Tarrance. Tarrance was arrested Thursday night at his residence and charged with three counts of First-Degree Assault and three counts of Second-Degree Assault. He is being held at the Montgomery County Detention Facility on $135,000 bond.
Four other men, 21-year-old Marvin Nikia Gaston, 23-year-old Thadeuss Darnell Jones, 21-year-old Otis Rashad Jones and 19-year-old Sandriquez Hall were all arrested and charged with multiple counts of Assault and Conspiracy to Commit Murder.
Montgomery Police say they are continuing to investigate this incident.
