'Chronicles of a Supernaturalist' tells personal experiences involving the realm of the supernatural

“Often times, the initial shadow-like appearance of these beings is merely a facade. Their true forms would normally only appear after they are weakened during a confrontation, though the dark flowing body of the being I was now facing did not seem to be an illusion.”

Chronicles of a Supernaturalist details my Montgomery based journey into adulthood while struggling with my God-given abilities and discovering my role in standing against darkness while helping others.

I draw upon a lifetime of surreal experiences in attempt to give the reader a quick glimpse behind the ethereal curtain, allowing a greater understanding of what is labeled paranormal.

The book is available online on Amazon.com, with a local book signing planned for early next year.

Shawn Sellers is a Montogmery man who founded Southern Paranormal Researchers. He and his team have kept busy during October, the month when Halloween focuses attention on the paranormal. WSFA.com community pages has run a series of stories concerning some of his team's investigations.

Garrett Coliseum is almost 60 years old, and has seen hundreds of major shows over the years. It has fallen into disrepair in recent years. Shawn and his group checked it out and found it rife with shadows, noises and a presence in the dressing room once used by country music legend and Montgomery native Hank Williams, Sr.

Here is the report of that investigation:
